Small spaces can have big impact. I designed this 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Santa Monica with warm tones and a pop of color. The dining area of this compact kitchen had to be a place for everyday meals and expand to accommodate larger dinner parties. This block table tucks into the built-ins to be an everyday dining area and is on casters so it can move out from the cabinetry and seat a larger number of guests. Shower curtains can make a big impact on a bathroom's design. The higher you can hang the shower curtain the better. It does not cost that much to have a shower curtain made and you can use duvet covers for a large seamless piece of fabric.
